Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken breast
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small onion chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 1/4 c. rice (not instant)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
2 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a dutch oven, brown chicken in margarine.
Remove chicken. Add celery, onion and bell pepper; saute until tender.
Add chicken and remaining ingredients.\tBring to a boil, then simmer approximately 20 minutes.
Serves four.
