Chicken Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    4 c. corn chips
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken
    in
    boiling
    water
    until
    tender.
    Drain chicken reserving 1 cup of the broth.
    Cool chicken and remove chicken from bones;
    cut in small pieces.
    Combine soup, green chilies, chili powder,
    onion,
    garlic
    powder,
    hot sauce and reserved chicken broth and
    blend well.
    Cover bottom of 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole
    with
    2
    cups of the corn chips.
    Spread half the chicken
    over
    corn
    chips.
    Add
    half
    of
    the
    soup mixture; add half
    of the cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
