Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. fresh apples, dried or chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs

Preparation

Beat eggs, adding oil.
Add this to sugar and apples mixture. Sift flour and baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat 2 minutes. Add walnuts.
Fill 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
