Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    4 boneless chicken breasts, stripped
    2 red bell peppers
    2 green bell peppers
    1 large onion
    1 lemon
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken strips; cook until done.
    Strip 2 bell peppers (red and green) and onion.
    Cook in 2 tablespoons of oil until tender and soft.
    Add minced garlic. Then add cooked chicken and vegetables into same pan.
    Cook 2 minutes until warm.
    Serve over rice or spaghetti.
    Squeeze 1 lemon over dish.
