Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh spinach leaves
    crumbled cooked bacon
    sliced black olives
    sliced fresh mushrooms
    chopped scallions
    chopped hard boiled eggs
    garlic powder and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Gather\tsassafras leaves in month of August (preferably in full
    moon).
    Pick\tleaves\toff
    branches
    and put in clean sacks (pillow case
    or
    sacks
    made of old sheets.) Don't fill sacks full or tight; about half so you can have plenty of room and shake up\tevery
    day.
    Each
    morning, put outdoors to dry, not in the sun,
    under
    carport.
    Let dry until they are very brittle.
