Swiss Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thin slices Swiss cheese
    4 chicken cutlets (1/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chicken broth (reduced-sodium)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    fresh parsley, chopped
    steamed rice
Preparation
    Cut each cheese slice in half; place half on top of each cutlet. Starting with a short end, tightly roll up cutlets.
    Tie securely with string. On waxed paper, combine flour and pepper; mix well. Add cutlets; toss gently to coat.
