Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can flake coconut
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together in top of double boiler.
    Add slightly beaten egg yolks, milk and water.
    Cook over simmering water until thick.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Save 1/4 coconut for meringue.
    Pour into 9-inch baked pie shell; top with meringue and sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake until light brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
