Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower, sliced thin
    1 cucumber, cut thin (leave peeling on)
    1 pkg. radishes, cut thin
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables; stir in dressing. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
