Tuna Or Chicken Jackstraw Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can (4 c.) shoestring potatoes
1 can tuna or 1 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of shoestring potatoes to sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
