Ingredients

2 (8-inch) graham cracker crusts
1 (1/2 gal.) vanilla ice cream
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
graham cracker crumbs and lemon rind (if desired)
Preparation

Soften lemonade and ice cream.
Beat together until creamy. Pour into graham cracker crusts and freeze until serving time. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs and lemon rind.
