Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cabbage head
    2 medium carrots, cut
    2 medium celery sticks, cut
    2 medium green squash, cut
    2 medium potatoes, cut
    1 lb. stew meat
    salt and garlic to taste
    cilantro (a few leaves for taste)
Preparation
    In large pot, fill with water and add stew meat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
