Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 3/4 c. whipping cream
    1 1/3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water.
    Place into a blender with chocolate chips and blend for 20 seconds.
    Add egg yolks and blend for another 30 seconds.
    Fold in whipping cream and powdered sugar; blend well.
    Chill for about 2 hours.
