Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 carton sour cream
    2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil fryer.
    Cool and debone.
    Melt oleo in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Drain off in cup and save.
    Put boned chicken in buttered casserole dish.
