Southern Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 or 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Combine and beat well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Watch carefully so crust won't burn. Cool before cutting.
    Refrigerate.
