Banana Split Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 large box frozen strawberries
    1 can crushed pineapple (2 c.)
    2 cartons half and half
    2 or 3 bananas, mashed
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. cherries, chopped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix Eagle Brand milk and sugar; add half and half; mix well. Blend in eggs; add pineapple, coconut, bananas and cherries; stir well.
    Add frozen strawberries and pecans; mix well.
    Chill; churn-freeze.
