Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. powdered sugar (32 oz.)
    1 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix sugar and cocoa.
    Add milk and butter.
    Do not stir!
    Heat in microwave on High 4 1/2 to 6 minutes or until butter is melted.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
    Stir until smooth. Spread in well-greased pan (13 x 9-inch).
    (For Rocky Road Fudge, coarsely chop nuts and add 1 cup miniature marshmallows.)
    Serves 15 to 20.
