Chocolate Covered Seafoam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook to 300\u00b0.
Remove and mix in 1 tablespoon of soda and pour into a well-oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
This will foam up a lot when you add the soda and you must be fast in putting it into pan.
The pan should be set on a cake rack so it will cool faster, and it will be not so likely to fall either.
When cool, break and dip into melted chocolate and you have Sea Foam Candy.
Better than you'd buy at the store.
