Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

3 c. pumpkin (large can)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. bottled milk
Preparation

Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes 3 pies.
