Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian bulk sausage
4 c. diced zucchini
2 diced green peppers
2 c. celery slices
1 c. chopped onion
2 (28 oz.) cans tomato juice
1 tsp. each: salt, basil, Italian seasoning, oregano, sugar and garlic salt
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain fat.
Add zucchini, green peppers, celery slices, chopped onion, tomato juice and all seasonings. Cook slowly for several hours.
