Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. and 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cut together until the size of small peas.
    Add 1/3 cup of flour mixture to water.
    Make a paste.
    Add to rest of flour mixture.
    Stir with fork until dough is moist and almost leaves sides of bowl.
    Roll into ball.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes.
