Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water or milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add shortening to water; bring to a boil.
    Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan.
    Cool slightly.
    Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating after each egg.
    Mixture should be very stiff.
    Drop on cookie sheet (greased) from spoon.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen small puffs.
