Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apple juice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. mace
3 medium acorn squash, cut in halves and seeds removed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients.
Place squash cut side down in apple juice mixture in roasting pan.
Bake 45 minutes.
Turn cut side up and spoon apple juice over tops.
Bake 10 minutes more or until tender.
Spoon apple juice into center of squash just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
