Cherry Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat until fluffy.
Put vanilla wafer in cupcake holder.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 370\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with favorite topping and add whipping cream.
Makes about 24 cupcakes.
