Scalloped Cabbage #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cabbage, sliced thin
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine water, salt and sugar; add cabbage.
    Cook about 4 minutes (do not overcook); drain.
    Place cabbage in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix margarine, flour and milk and cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
