Japanese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Combine with sugar and eggs.
Fold in pecans, coconut, raisins and vinegar.
Will make 2 pies.
Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
