Agnes' Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 c. hot water
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. boned chicken or turkey (3 small cans)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 can chicken soup
    grated cheese on top
Preparation
    To stuffing mix, add the water and margarine.
    Set aside.
    Mix celery, onions, mayonnaise, chicken and salt.
    Pour in with stuffing mix, then slightly beat 2 eggs and beat again in milk. Put stuffing mix in greased baking dish, then pour milk and egg mixture over this.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
