Chicken And Red Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
2 potatoes (more if needed)
2 small or 1 large can tomato sauce
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
cinnamon
Preparation

Place chicken pieces skin side up (or skin chicken).
Wash and scrub potatoes.
Cut in half and place cut side down between chicken.
Add tomato sauce, water and oil (I don't add oil as we don't need the extra fat and calories).
Cover to about one inch over chicken.
Add salt and pepper and sprinkle \"cinnamon\" on top. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
