Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    2 hot peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of oregano
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, green pepper and onion.
    Mince hot pepper and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
    Pour into pint jars and water bath for 35 minutes.
    Four times recipe makes 10 pints.
