Pecan Butterscotch Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. pecans, broken
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
