Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water (120~)
    1 Tbsp. canola oil, divided
    1/2 lb. onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can low sodium tomato sauce
    1 small green pepper, cut into rings or chopped
    4 oz. shredded fat-free Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and 2 teaspoons oil; mix with mixer on low until flour is just moistened.
    Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
    Knead about 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Place dough in greased bowl. Turn dough over to expose greased side; cover with towel.
    Set in warm place to rise about 45 minutes or until doubled.
