Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed raw potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cut up potatoes.
    Pat dry with paper towels. Put all ingredients into blender or food processor.
    Blend well. Pour batter onto hot, greased griddle or pan (about 1/4 cup for each pancake).
    Brown and turn to brown second side.
    Serve with sour cream.
