Tortellini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortellini
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together cream and egg yolks.
    In saucepan, melt butter over low.
    Add cream/egg mixture and heat thoroughly.
    At the same time, cook tortellini following directions, then add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix so tortellini are well coated. Serve immediately.
