Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Crisco
    6 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Cream shortenings, sugar and egg yolks.
    Gradually add milk and flour; mix well.
    Add flavorings.
    Fold in coconut.
    Fold in egg whites last.
    Stir only until mixed well.
    Bake in tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
