Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. softened margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
6 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. finely grated zucchini
1 pkg. chocolate bits

Preparation

Beat margarine, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add 1/2 cup sour milk, mixed with dry ingredients.
Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Put in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chocolate bits.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
