Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and pour into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 25 minutes or more at 350\u00b0.
    Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for another 5 minutes or until custard is set.
