Beet Raspberry Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beets
    3 c. beet juice
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Leave roots and about 3-inches of tops on beets. Wash well and cook until tender. Strain juice and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and fill jelly jars.
