Spaetzle(German Noodle) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients well to a thick paste.
    Put through a spaetzle maker (or potato ricer) into salted boiling water. Spaetzle is done when all pieces come to the top.
    Remove an drain.
    Wash in cold water.
