Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cleaned rhubarb, cut in 1-inch strips
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Karo white syrup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in pie shell.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and egg; beat well.
    Add syrup and butter.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Cut remaining pie crusts into strips and lattice.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
