Ham And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch unbaked pie shell
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss
1 c. ham, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Stir together cheese, ham and mushrooms before arranging evenly in bottom of pie shell.
Add remaining ingredients to beaten eggs and pour over cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near middle comes clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.
