Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    3 3/4 c. very warm water
    6 Tbsp. solid shortening
    3 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    9 c. flour
Preparation
    Measure flour separately.
    Mix yeast, salt and sugar.
    Add water, then melted shortening.
    Add flour, a little at a time, and mix with spoon.
    Let this rise until doubled.
    Divide dough and place in 3 greased loaf pans and let rise again.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
