Orange Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine, cut into small pieces
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl.
Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add yogurt and next 2 ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened (dough will be sticky).
