Family Farmer Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices American cheese or 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 green pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 small onion, diced (optional)
8 slices toasted bread
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can condensed milk or whole milk
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain it.
Mix up eggs, milk and cheese in large frying pan.
Stir in crumbled sausage.
Add in pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often; it will thicken up in approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve over toasted bread (2 slices on plate); spoon over omelet.
