Sausage-Ziti Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
    salt, pepper and oregano to taste
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain ziti.
    In large skillet, thoroughly brown sausage.
    Add onion; saute until tender.
    Drain fat.
    Add sauce, ziti, salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan.
    Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Bake, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese; bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
