Oven Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Shape mixture into balls.
Place in ungreased baking dish.
Stir together the rest of the ingredients; pour over meatballs.
Bake for 45 minutes, covered, and for 15 minutes, uncovered.
