Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-12 chicken pieces
    4 eggs
    grated parmesan cheese
    bread or cracker crumbs
    2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
    fresh parsley, chopped
    salad oil
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
    Beat 4 eggs.
    Mix some of the grated Parmesan with bread or cracker crumbs.
    Roll chicken pieces in egg, then in crumbs.
    Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle garlic, grated Parmesan and parsley over chicken. Drizzle oil over the top.
