Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, halved
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix rice and undiluted soups.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over rice.
    Dip chicken in melted oleo.
    Place on top of rice.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Cover with foil and cook about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes and finish cooking and brown.
