Chicken Drumsticks, Tex Mex Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 3/4 lb.)
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Wash drumsticks and pat dry.
(May remove skin for lower fat.) Place in plastic or brown bag with 2 tablespoons of flour and shake until coated.
Melt butter in a large skillet with cover. Brown drumsticks.
Remove to plate.
