Corn-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. Dixie Crystal sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 oz. pimento, drained and chopped (optional)
    1/2 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
