Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked squash, drained
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing, seasoned
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt oleo and mix with crumbs.
    Line bottom of large casserole dish with 1/2 of mixture.
    Add mixture and pour over crumbs.
    Top with remaining 1/2 of crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
