Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 (18 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sweet potatoes, sugar and evaporated milk in food processor or with mixer.
    Microwave butter and marshmallows on High 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
    Blend in with potatoes.
    Place in ring pan or 2-quart casserole.
